Excellent selection of basic items for special occasions, especially birthdays, as well as for seasonal needs - such as a massive collection of Halloween-themed stuff. However, the prices are high for the quality. If you are looking for basics for a birthday, nothing special, a ten-bits store (what used to be a dollar store) offers much better value. Halloween stuff will be marked down November 1, so maybe a good time to shop for next year?

Love the collections this store has. Balloons are phenomenal and you can find almost all kids favorite TV characters. Stuff are organized and almost everything on its place, so you can find what you look for so easily. Good prices for many party stuff for all ages and occasions. Also, I found costumes from the 80s for my kids school spirit day. Employees are friendly and helpful

Very bad service, and they could not care less!

I placed an order for balloons the previous day and paid for them. When I went to pick them up, they could not find them even though I showed them the email saying the balloons are ready. After 15 mins they found one set and told me that is all there is. After a lot more discussions and searching they found the second bag sitting close by. All this took 30 mins just to pickup pre-ordered and prepaid balloons. There was no apology and the worst possible service. I will not go back.

Fantastic experience!

We were in a pinch and needed balloons quickly on a busy holiday weekend! Joselyn(?) and everyone at Party City were accommodating and quickly put our order together in time for our event! Thank you!

TLDR. $12 for them to fill a balloon in 20 seconds but was told to wait 30 minutes and didn’t let me use their restroom so went to a supermarket in the rain to use one.

Went to fill a balloon here and they wanted to charge $12! They said the wait time would be 30 minutes. After waiting in the checkout line for 15 mins we asked them again how much longer it would take and they said 30 minutes! So total they should have told us at least 45 mins wait to fill a small balloon we got at Target. On top of this I needed to use the restroom while waiting so went to the back and saw they had one with a code. Went to the front to ask if I could use the bathroom and the guy blew me off and said they don’t let anyone use it. So I ended up walking 5 mins in the rain to 99 Ranch supermarket to use their restroom then walked back in the rain. Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend coming here. I’ll never forget this bathroom door below after my ordeal with them.

Please get a new manager or figure out a new store policy. Walked into party city with my 2 and 4 year old daughters who were very excited to get a balloon each. There were 4 people blowing up balloons for a party. The manager told us it was a 40 minute wait for 2 balloons. Seriously, couldn't blow up 2 balloons that takes less than 5 mins and basically laughed us out the store and made our children cry.

Don’t count on this place to get your order correct. I had placed an online order for local delivery, and when it showed up nearly half the order was wrong. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager (didn’t get his name) and he said he would immediately correct it and send out another delivery driver with the items I had originally ordered. He made a comment “I blame one of my coworkers, they must be colorblind” (bad look for a manager to be taking about their staff like that). When the second order (that the manager said he had picked himself) got here, it was ALSO wrong. I think we figured out who the colorblind one was. For reference, the order was supposed to be a medium green shade. The attached image shows the two orders of bright lime green I received.
